“Good Morning America” host Robin Roberts revealed that she wakes up at 3:45 am every day to host the 7 am program. This is how grueling a morning show can be, so with this, we can say that most anchors need to sleep earlier than most of us to look refreshed the following day, lest they want to appear exhausted as Tucker Carlson in “Fox & Friends.”
In 2013, Carlson slept on air, prompting his co-anchors Alisyn Camerota and Mike Jerrick to make fun of him. In his defense, the political commentator admitted that he didn’t get enough sleep after hosting his late-night show.
